Introduction

The flowers of this tree usually start blooming from the month of July and by September the blooms are completely ready. These flowers bloom small in white color. Its fruits are usually circular in shape, which are found between the months of November and January. These fruits grow in a small branch.

This teak is a native tree of mainly India, Burma and Thailand, which is also found in the Philippine Islands, Java and Malaya Peninsula. This tree is found in large quantities in some states of India like Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh (short border), Gujarat, Orissa, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh etc.
